speckledegg Posted November 13, 2024 Posted November 13, 2024 Has anyone else been greeted with the below error message when trying to log onto the Promethean Registration portal (https://registration.prometheanworld.com) to register their new interactive panel warranties recently? I've tested logging in under the schools I support with their known working login details and get greeted with the same error page each time - is there a wider problem?

phillyrovers Posted November 13, 2024 Posted November 13, 2024 Hi @anselmtech, We are having a wider issue with teh registration portal that is being worked on. We do not yet have a timeline for a fix, however, rest assured any applicable warranties will be honoured should a need arise. Thanks 1
