Excel - IF AND Highlight

Good afternoon,

 

Hoping an Excel guru will see this and help me, I'm trying to highlight rows based on values\text in cells.

 

Basically, I'm trying to apply a RAG system so to keep the example simple, if A1 equals "High" and A2 equals "Low" can I highlight the row orange?

 

Solutions and better ideas are welcomed equally.
