Challkyy Posted October 29, 2024 Posted October 29, 2024 Hi, I am a systems administrator at a school, and we are transitioning to a fully Google-based environment. We provide Chrome tablets for staff use, and we enforce two-factor authentication (2FA). While using YubiKeys for login is effective initially, it becomes frustrating when multiple people need to share a tablet and frequently log in and out. I can't find an option in the settings to enable the tablets to remember the user's verification, like we have on desktops or Chromebooks. Each time a user logs in, it asks for verification again, which is causing some frustration among the staff. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Primus Posted October 29, 2024 Posted October 29, 2024 If you set it to "Always show user names and photos" on the sign in screen and you also set "Do not erase local user data" that should do what you want.
