Hi, I am a systems administrator at a school, and we are transitioning to a fully Google-based environment. We provide Chrome tablets for staff use, and we enforce two-factor authentication (2FA). While using YubiKeys for login is effective initially, it becomes frustrating when multiple people need to share a tablet and frequently log in and out. I can't find an option in the settings to enable the tablets to remember the user's verification, like we have on desktops or Chromebooks. Each time a user logs in, it asks for verification again, which is causing some frustration among the staff. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks rossibIT I got in touch with the customer support and they are saying it might be our web filter blocking something even though we have check and all the links they have given me are whitelisted so I've now gone to our web filter provider and hoping they will be able to fix it.

This error happens when we go to https://wjecdhdelivery.surpass.com/ add the keycode to it and the error message " An error has occurred during test item loading. Please contact your invigilator." which WJEC have been useless for.

We are unable to upload the coursework as an error message pops up.
