cfield3 Posted October 9, 2024 Posted October 9, 2024 Hi, I'm suddenly taking over an old network manager whom didn't give me much exposure to network related issues, SIMS included. I'm having an issue where staff and myself are getting a connection failed error message when trying to use Intouch but when I log into SIMS on the SIMS server I can connect fine. The Intouch routing service and data service are both started and when restarted we still cant connect. Any ideas?
