Hi, I'm suddenly taking over an old network manager whom didn't give me much exposure to network related issues, SIMS included. I'm having an issue where staff and myself are getting a connection failed error message when trying to use Intouch but when I log into SIMS on the SIMS server I can connect fine. The Intouch routing service and data service are both started and when restarted we still cant connect. Any ideas?
