InTune - Remediation and Detection Script Digital Signatures

Good morning,

 

I recently updated a remediation\detection policy because it generated an error on the scripts not being digitally signed (they had always worked before so not sure what had changed) but I checked using get-authenticode and this proved to be true.

 

So I downloaded the scripts again from the GitHub repository and checked they were digitally signed before uploading them but now the status per device either stays pending or still fails with the digital signature error.

 

Can anybody think of what I am missing here?
