LeMarchand Posted October 2, 2024 Posted October 2, 2024 Does anyone who uses EdShed know what constitutes an "unlinked" pupil and/or how to "link" them. My 3 rogue pupils are bugging me!
saggu Posted October 2, 2024 Posted October 2, 2024 Unlinked pupils are those who are not allocated to any class. You can click on the pupil's name and on the top bar there will be option to move the pupil to the class. Hope this helps!

LeMarchand Posted October 18, 2024 Author Posted October 18, 2024 (edited) Just in case anyone has this problem, it is apparently when pupils are added manually rather than waiting for a MIS sync. Their support said it doesn't affect functionality (just my OCD!) and didn't offer a fix. I guess deleting the pupil might work, but I assume that would also delete any existing data on their record.
