First things first, you'll want to register the warranty to ensure you get the full 5 years (RE, RP 65" and larger) - Warranty Extension IFP | BenQ UK

 

In the unlikely event of your product being faulty, please contact our customer care team - BenQ Customer Support

 

Our interactive displays can be used as large monitors, interactive displays or wireless casting screens, there really is no "correct" way to use them.

 

We also offer a host of complimentary benefits that you may find useful:

 

DMS - Device Management System (this has recently had a big upgrade at no cost) - LINK

AMS - Account Management Service - LINK

Broadcast - Messaging service - LINK

 

All these cloud services require internet connectivity, all the panels come with built in LAN ports or alternatively there is a wireless dongle that is available as an optional accessory for the RE03 and RE03A screens; however it is included as standard with the RP03 and RP04 screens.

 

EZWrite 6 whiteboard comes as standard on all these panels, a huge step forward from EZWrite 5. It is also available at no extra cost for PC & Mac - LINK

Users can log in to their account (once set up) and they can track their progress through the various videos hosted here. We are CPD certified and are well on our way to getting the BenQ Academy certified as well.
