Papercut Print Deploy

Anyone experiencing issues with Papercut Print Deploy? We've not had any issues since initial deployment but this week new devices / new users are getting failed error messages in Print Deploy when the printer try to install.

 

Users that had the printers installed pre september, do not experience the failed message, only on new devices / new login sessions.

Have you looked at the log file on a client machine exhibiting this behavior, or enable debug logging mode to see if there are clues to a root cause? More info here:
