Arbor Capacity Issues uploading timetable

We had some major issues on Friday when trying to upload new timetables from Timetabler. The process was extremely slow, taking around 5 hours to complete. Then once complete was full of major errors.

 

We've been told we're not the only school seeing this! Anyone else experienced this?

Not that I've been told, but yesterday I did notice that it was taking a while to find pupils in the system. Seems OK today, though.
