Good Afternoon

I was fortunate to have my employer pay for me to study the ITIL 4 Foundation course and exam through Global Edulink I felt the course would really benefit my role.

The course material were really weak, basically a man reading off slides and I have ended up watching YouTube videos which has been far more useful. I then contacted the company to book the exam but was met with excuses after excuses (delay is due to a system error, this was unexpected and a major glitch according to our Technical Department), this has been going on since March this year. I'm now resigned to the fact the company will not provide the exam voucher as promised despite repeated attempts.

I just wanted to know if anyone here has any recommendations of reputable exam providers for the ITIL course, preferably providers you have used personally?

Many Thanks

I did my actual exam through https://www.peoplecert.org. I also found the 2-day webex from another provider not the best. CBT Nuggets has an unofficial ITIL course on their site and with a week free trial, I blitzed the 50 bite size clips in about 2-3 days and actually understood that material better than the live course.

I’ve used Dion Training for my ITIL Foundation and have been through the course material for ITIL DPI, I found it to be extremely clear and consistent, you get the exam voucher immediately via their online portal

No help with providers, but make sure you ask for the voucher or a refund. If they stonewall contact the accreditor (not sure if this would be ITIL direct). Not acceptable and just shoddy practice.
