We are M365 for our emails. We have two "selector" cname records set up which as far as I can see are correct. In the DKIM section of security.microsoft.com I have "Sign messages for this domain with DKIM signatures" enabled. When I go to mxtoolbox.com and use the DKIM Lookup, it says "No DKIM Record found". I'm hoping I'm just using the tool wrong, but have I missed something somewhere? I want to get DMARC on, but want to make sure DKIM is correct before I do.

Thanks

When you're doing a DKIM lookup on mxtoolbox you'll need to include the selector along with your domain name. e.g. enter schoolname.org:selector and not just schoolname.org.
