Updating SIMS UDF'S

I’ve been working on updating SIMS UDF'S using a script (originally written by an RM Forum member, who I haven't been able to contact) and seem to be having a few problems.

 

It appears that only the last field in the loop is updated.

 

For example:

 

We want to update the Username (4), ICT Password (7) and the

Email Password (10).

 

After the script is executed the Email password is there but

the Username and ICT password are blank.

 

It seems as if each update removes the last entry this

happens even when using separate scripts. (Username is

entered but when script enters ICT Password the Username

disappears, and the same happens when the Email Password is

entered the ICT Password disappears.)

 

We have successfully connected to the database and have

double checked that we are using the correct fields.

you to understand our problem

It's possible your lack of response will be due to people's nervousness at helping you perform direct writes to the SIMS database using SQL scripts. Have you taken advice on this from your local support team ?
