Audio books for children

Looking for a cost effective way to be able to download and play audio books so I can play to individuals in the class. I have a fleet of tablet ranging from apples / android/ kindles. Preferably looking to centralise a catalogue of audio books so children of all ages can be left. I had this idea because of my children love audio books and looking to get a collection for them for bed time. I was having a discussion with a teacher about this who has a couple children with specific needs who she thought would be good for

 

The idea came to as I have audible which is great but it is expensive

 

Anyone got a suggestions or recommendations

 

As alway in school preferably free. Minimum cost is can be accepted. Content needs to be suitable for children aged primary to lower secondary and special needs.
