Xtreme Mac Mice and Keyboards on Mac Mini

I can confirm that current models of XtremeMac keyboards and mice still have the same problem on brand new M4 Mac Minis, running macOS Sequoia 15.5. Keyboards model XWH-WIK2-83-UK and mice model XWH-WM02-83.

Did anyone eventually find a solution to this? We are currently experiencing this on a regular basis and it is becoming extremely frustrating for end users.

this is the same for us and we have the wake buttons and the mice forever disconnecting and going to sleep any update would appreciate it we have M3 and M4 macs that it does it on.
