You mean clandestinely, or otherwise? If otherwise, then you could set up VNC server on her machine and view that from your PC. You would want some security in place - SSH tunnelling works well:

I use logmein easy to setup and does the job well.

logmein is excellant product, I use it to get to my work PC from home its free and easy to use. Also you could just setup the PC to accept rdp requests that would work just as well

No logme in is free but for only 5 machines.
