Good morning,

Does anybody know if there is a way to receive an e-mail containing the actual responses to a Microsoft Form in the body of the text and not just a link to the results?

Been trying to find out how to do this\figure it out for myself but no luck so far.

Thanks

Use powerautomate to create a flow that triggers after each response is made.

Yeah think you can do this with power automate, it's something i'm looking at myself this week with equipment damage form!

If either of you are still following this I can confirm that the guidance in the link is working as intended so thanks for that but I wonder if either of you know about this possibility:

My form has a lot of questions and branching so not every submission has an answer to every question, wondering if I can get the e-mail to only provide the answers to the questions that were filled out rather than having to include every question and get blank responses.

Also it's not the most convenient that we have to type the question into the body of the e-mail (although we obviously only have to do this once for setup), wondering if there is a way for the content of the e-mail to automatically include the question and answer (if there was one).

Thoughts?

Thanks

I have always just typed (copy past) the question up tbh as there didn't seem any way to automate that.

Branching wise, the way I do it, would depend on who many branches there are before it became unmanageable.

I examine the answer to one of the questions and then direct automate to use different email responses.

Could you explain the "I examine the answer to one of the questions and then direct automate to use different email responses." bit to me please? Sounds like it might be what I want because I could examine the answer from the first question and then create two different responses with only the questions I need answers to from the branching.

Thanks

Pretty basic, but below:

Each branch has a different email body depending on the results of "Department" and gets sent to appropriate HOD.

They could be a fancier way of doing it, but works for me.
