[sims] SIMS Lesson L Codes Report

Hi, first time posting - please could anyone help with SIMS reports for L codes for lessons? I need to write to parents to let them know that their child has been late to xx classes out of a potential xx, but not including registration/form time in that count.

 

I need:

• an Excel spreadsheet (for mail merge)
  
• Students by year (although I can run a whole-school report and sort in Excel)
  
• those with more than 2 L codes in class session
  
• between 1/9/23 and today
  
• the number of sessions they could have attended (ie. not including days off sick/days they weren't expected to be in school)
  

 

Is there a report that exists already to tell me this information? I have found the Students with Chosen Code Report, but I think that includes AM and PM registration, which I don't want. Also, it doesn't tell me how many classes the student is expected to have attended.
