Bloody old server!

Ok so in a prior post i was ranting about Windows 3.5, now im attempting to instal NT4 onto this server but in bios setup the boot order does not give the option for CD rom.... now i obviously need a floppy boot disk which will point the steam powered beast to the CD drive.

 

So my question is, can anyone find an NT4 server floppy boot disk? Heh
