SYNACK Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 Yes, it is running an different version of the TTS engine that is used for stuff like Inspiration and Kidspiration. Try installing one of these and then give it a go: Sp5TTIntXP.exe from here (V5.1): http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=5E86EC97-40A7-453F-B0EE-6583171B4530&displaylang=en#filelist Or spchapi.EXE from here (v4) Download details: Speech SDK The version 4 one has no MSI extract option but you can repackage it as an MSI easily enough as I have done it for the above programs.
