MISID

Good Morning,

 

We are changing over to Cunninghams over the Easter period and to save hassle have obviously given our current card details from Civica over to Cunninghams. On there spreadsheet they have asked for the MISID to be filled in but I can't get this information extracted from anywhere. The number is not on SIMS and the only place I can see the MISID is when I do a MISSYNC on the SIMS server.

 

Is there anyway to get this information so I can send it off?

Hi Ross,

 

We did the same project moving from Civica to Cunninghams in October last year. I asked the support team at Civica to make that data available and they very happily (and really quite quickly) made it available to me for my reports. I think you have to log on as their admin account to make the data visible within the reports.
