Google move synced 365 user to different OU

We sync our google users and groups from 365. Is there an easy way to automatically move users in certain groups to a different organisation unit? Essentially I want our pupil accounts to always go into our pupil OU to get the correct settings applied.

I never found an easy way but we do it using the Google AD sync tool.

 

It won’t create anyone, just moves them after being created by Microsoft. Won’t help if you don’t have servers but we still have one for our domain which syncs into 365 anyway

Do you just sync onsite AD to 365 and to Google, or do you also sync 365 to google as well to provision accounts, and the on site AD to google just moves things around?

I sync AD to 365, including passwords.

I then auto provision users from 365 into Google.

Then GADS (might have a new name now) will sync and move users between OUs.

 

GADS would create the user if it runs before ADConnect. But I only run it at weekend as no-one will join us with less notice than that.
