Brax Posted February 11, 2024 Posted February 11, 2024 (edited) This is probably a good place to start: https://www.cv-library.co.uk/career-advice/cv/cv-templates/cv-template-technical/ You can download a good IT CV template from there. I've recently redone mine myself. I found Google Bard/Gemini very helpful in bouncing ideas of what to write into it. GPT is ok but i've found Gemini's multiple drafts feature and the ability for it to rewrite passages of text to be smaller and more professional is very useful. Edited February 11, 2024 by Brax 1

mikeprice Posted February 12, 2024 Posted February 12, 2024 Guilty conscience? SO many possible replies - but lets not hijack the thread (for reasons of aquatic nature!) anyway - to anyone confused Witch is a lovely person (who loves in Devon or Dorset or Denbighsire or something) who is very helpful and friendly and has experience which means she knows what a recruiter is looking for and how to put a good cv together Just don;t use any semi-colons incorrectly (sorry - old tired story from the age of legends when she was one of the main Moderators and kept telling me off for REALLY minor things - like hijacking threads and making long winded irrelavant comments - potentially in brackets and with some missspelling and grammer probalmes) 1
