Perhaps there is another way you might find this information? Do you have access to a manual/handbook?

When I had trouble with ours I contacted https://allen-martin.com/

 

They were incredibly helpful - to the extent of emailing me the remote software I needed and talking me through the installation without charging us. I would highly recommend giving them a call

I’ve tried 10 times today and nobody answer the phone. Looks like it’s a very difficult to get any support on this.

Do you know the default admin password?

I really don't think that Allen Martin would be happy with any member of Edugeek sharing a default admin password with another person on the forum, especially if that person being a new member: An unknown quantity, and could (potentially) be, for example, a student looking to interfere with school systems.

 

Making contact with Allen Martin would seem to be your best bet if you have no documentation.

Ok, I’ve managed to speak with them. I agree I’ve got to say the person I spoke over the phone has been very helpful and explained me a few things. It’s all sorted now.
