We use the Cloud version of Connectwise control. It has a concurrent user model that suits or team - it's rare 3 of us are on at the same time.

We also set up contractors with accounts to access specific resources, as we can record their actions and leave them to it.

Zoho Assist works well for me - free one 1 session at a time.

Thenend user can either download the exe when a session id is given out or they can install the connect client so they run that and input the session id.

I've been looking at Zoho, it's pretty impressive. We'll probably go for Standard rather than Free for a few of the features ("reboot and reconnect" in particular) but see how much we actually use them then decide in a year whether to renew.

Yes, you have to push out a config change:

For traditional GPO it's Security Settings | Local Policies | Security Options | User Account Control | Switch to the secure desktop when prompting for elevation to Disabled

For Intune it's: Configuration Policy | Endpoint Protection | Local device security options | User account control. | Route elevation prompts to user’s interactive desktop to Enabled.

For traditional GPO does that need to be applied to the group the client is in or can it just be applied once?
