RM Proxies websites not loading such as Satchel One

We have RM Broadband and recently began experiencing problems with some websites not loading. For e.g. satchelone.com is not loading with a blank page on all student chromebooks, Spotify wouldn't allow Staff to login on its page. It seems its the user proxies and wondering if anyone else is having similar issues?

 

The proxies we use are as follows:

 

Clearly its proxy related as all websites load fine with unfiltered policy or when we tether to a hotspot, so at this point we know that the Student and Staff policy are causing the website loading issues.
