Seanc Posted January 25, 2024 Author Posted January 25, 2024 It so frustrating I agree. School policy is to not post the salary. I have never understood the reason. The candidates that apply and appear a good fit for both themselves and the school will get call to discuss this and see if they want to take their application further.
gwendes Posted January 25, 2024 Posted January 25, 2024 That's asking someone to invest time and energy that might be completely wasted. We've all applied for a job that said 'competitive' only to find that it wasn't close to expectations. @Seanc are you the IT Services Manager or HR?
