Generating a teacher class set of comments using profiles

We are using profiles to generate pupils reports. I would like to generate a teacher set of their own comments only for each class they teach (for future reference) alongside generating the pupil report with their personal comments that gets published to them and their parents. Is this possible and if so, how is it done?
