Smoothwall Category Groups - how to export list ?

On our on-prem Smoothwall we have some Category Groups setup.

 

One is for our Student AUP.

 

I've noticed the Content Categories list has been hugely extended and we must now updated what we have ticked and unticked.

 

Is there a way to get the full list exported so I can present to our DSL?

 

 

There are now 963 individual options to select :/
