Marketing Storage Issue and Adobe Storage

Morning All,

 

Our Marketing Dept are about to reach their 1Tb limit in SharePoint, (we only have 5Tb in total don't want to increase too much!).

 

My CTO said about using our file storage servers in one of our server rooms, issue i see here is bandwidth being only 1Gb and users editing 4k files....

 

I did see our Adobe CC sub means we have 5TB but i have worries:

 

Is this backed up?

What's the retention policy?

Version control?

 

 

Does anyone use Adobe cloud storage know answer to these? I can't test it as a Adobe license is costly out of Edu!
