Watchgard M370 udpating LAN-WAN-HTTP-proxy policy

I seem to have a LAN-WAN-HTTP-proxy restricted policy when I update this policy it stops authpoint and cloud management working. This policy also has a proxy attached to it.

 

When the policy gets updated I get a mess about using the Any-External alias if it is used to handle not-IPSec traffic.
