Privacy Screen attachment.

Hi all,

 

We've wound up having to get a lot of privacy screens (the ones that go on monitors to reduce viewing angles) over the years and move them around a fair bit.

Does anyone know where you can get replacement sticky strips for attaching the privacy screens? Or if there's a good alternative method now we've run out of them?

I have used 3M velcro strips in the past.

One of our admin office staff sat so that their back was toward a glass partition and door. This was identified as a data security risk because "naughty" students were sometimes sent to sit in a chair on the other side of the glass partition.

 

We found a supplier who matched their screen to the monitor of the customer (can't recall the supplier now)

 

In this case, our admin staff was using a Dell monitor with a lip surrounding the display. The privacy screen sat neatly on the lip, covering almost 100% of the screen, with only a tiny cutout in the top right corner of the screen, which acted as a finger-pull access for easy removal.

 

No sticky strips.
