Run GCDS Ad Sync but single user cant access google account

User is showing in Google Admin so GCDS has done its job and copied him across from AD.

All other users can access their accounts but this one.

User can access their MS account no prob.

Have deleted this user from Google admin and then re-run GCDS Adsync

User has reappeared in Google Admin but still cannot login

 

Error:

"This account cannot be accessed because the login credentials could not be verified"?

 

Credentials used are same as used for MS access - MS Access works, Only user with this issue

GCDS doesn't sync passwords, so try resetting their Google password directly in Google Admin.

You need GDPS to sync passwords, but it only works after everyone's changed their password

In relation to what the others have said, how do you handle passwords with Google? Do you have Single Sign On enabled? Eg. Do you have it use Microsoft as the sign on system, or a separate SAML based login page?

Yes SSO, doesn't seem to be an issue for anyone else

Tried changing the password in Google Admin but goes straight to the same error message after entering the email address on the login page.
