Smoothwall Cloud Filter Extension - Printing Problems

We've identified that the 'Smoothwall Cloud Filter' Extension is causing the below printing problems in chrome whereby the print preview will show as blank.

 

When turning off the extension the issue is resolved, We have logged with Smoothwall but was wondering if anyone has encountered the problem/has a solution?

We don't have this problem, but often you can find what is blocking and fix it by sitting on the client and using Running Cloud Filter Diagnostics

Could guess that it is some cloud service for printing that is the problem.
