indie Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 In the past I've used JASC's (now Corel) Animation Shop, It's not free but many of you may already have it as it comes with Paint Shop Pro.
MkII Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 The older versions of Serif Drwplus are free and do animation well. You can alter timings of individual frames as well as globally. We had stacks of kids mad on it a couple of years ago. Now we've moved to flash and I don't see any
