[ms office - o365] Recovering email deleted in quarantine

I have accidentally deleted an email in quarantine (not Hard Deleted) I should be able to restore this as I didn't tick the permanently delete box, where do I go to restore, I can not find anywhere obvious.

I don't believe it is possible to recover if deleted from the quarantine.. someone correct me if I'm wrong though! The permanently delete box doesn't really do anything & functions the same whether ticked or not.

Seems pointless having the option in the first place haha.
