W Northamptonshire Pen Records

Unsure if this best forum so mods feel free to move.

 

One of the schools i support in Cambridgeshire has received an email from West Northampton shire pen records.

 

They are unsure if this is spam\phishing etc everything from the forwarded email (awaiting for original email as attachment to confirm if genuine) appears to be above board. But it contains a link to egress secure reader.

 

Does PEN Record mean something else other than Pen test for network security. Is anyone able to shed any further light on this before i give school my opinion\instruction
