Skylark56 Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 Hi there, So recently we've seen an issue crop up where our smart boards work absolutely fine when not using office and the board is calibrated successfully. However when entering presentation mode on Powerpoint the pen is massively out of line with the board, I'd say about 4 inches to the right of where you are attempting to draw. For reference: - We use staff laptops that are plugged into a USB-C PD Dock, that then goes into a splitter, which extends to an external monitor and the smart board (so the Monitor and Smart Board show the same thing) - I have installed the latest version of the Smart Driver 12.20.244.0, and have tried with V11 also. - We have the Smart Powerpoint add-in installed. - Calibrating and changing the resolution of both the monitor and the projector does not seem to fix the issue. Has anyone else come across this issue or have something similar they have encountered/fixed?
