We've had quite the config change here and I'm now battling with Exchange. Outlook is working for people where it was already configured, but OWA won't log in. Any user, whether they get the password wrong or right, immediately gets;

Outlook Web App didn't initialize. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

Loads of possible causes for this and I've probably seen a dozen over the years. Worth starting with a quick rebuild of the virtual directories, what Exchange version are you running?

I've tried rebuilding the directories.

It's Exchange 2010 SP3, which is a whole other conversation, but it's where we are at the moment.......

Oh my goodness... Yeah, definitely not an ideal place to be. At least while it's broken you're less likely to get compromised :D

Have you tried running UpdateCas.ps1? Normally in the Bin directory wherever Exchange is installed.

Just run that and it talked a lot about updating OWA to version 14.3.513.0 (which is the version it's complaining about in it's error message) and it seemed to complete successfully. Still getting the same though.
