Certa UPS Any experience of them? (VMWare environment)

My 10KVA UPS has died and Certa have come in considerably less than APC equivalent.

Looking for recommendations or horror stories, don't mind which!

We have Riello UPS , work fine no issues . Had them about ten years batteries repaced 5 years ago as part of support contract

Rich at Transparent can quote for these, they have beaten APC and few others in the last few years for us.

 

HPE currently use Eaton but rebrand them, they are well known.

TBH since I moved to eaton I've never looked back - much better UPS with better battery life - my main 5kw ups's are 5+ years old and are still giving an hour uptime each so it looks like they're going to make 8 years on the original batteries.

 

All the old APC UPS's I had over the last couple of decades tended to end up shafting their batteries after after 3 years.
