Hi all,

I see this post has been viewed 400+ times... perhaps I could get some advice on the advert as to why we only generated 1 applicant, who on first read doesn't have any of the pre-requisites for the position.

Any constructive pointers would be appreciated..

Can't view the JD anymore (obvs). This would have been perfect for me, local, previous 12 years experience as Assistant IT manager in a Gloucestershire school. Can't remember if the role was TTO or AYR, but to me you're about £3k too low
