Hi,

We are having an issue with our County Council as emails sent to them from certain individuals are going into their spam list. They are blaming it on the IP addresses that the email was sent using being on a blacklist.

Has anyone had this issue before? We use Gmail and they us Office365. My emails and most individuals emails go through but some are just going straight to their spam.

I have been in touch with one of the ip (SORBS) that the council say is blacklisted and had it removed and ran a mail tester which got a score of 9/10 so I am a bit stuck

Any help appreciated.

We are having a similar issue with several of our MS 365 domains. getting blocked by Gmail apparently someone is sending a large amount of emails from the ip address looking at the failure messages. Out of curiosity is DKIM (2048 bit) and DMARC set up on your domains? Edited by akidosaint
