Looks like I'm not going to be able to make it in the end due to an unmovable hospital appt. :(

:( No problem Tony, given the waiting lists atm it's best to take what you have confirmed I think.

I hope there is along with post event recordings. I'm double booked for the afternoon so I would not be able to watch live. :(

Yes, it will be streamed live and then once we get back in the office, the talks will be uploaded to our YouTube channel with the webinars and past confs: https://www.youtube.com/@edugeek

I may just do that as it's a very, very good museum, and see if you can't find the (genuine) M41A Pulse Rifle from Aliens that they have tucked away in a corner.

It's free admission, so well worth it.

There is Premier Inn 2 mins from the SW office as well as quite a few other more budget friendly options. It may be we are shifting hotels too because of this (I listed that hotel before the evening event was on the cards).

FYI, we now have NYNet confirmed as our final speaker. They will be talking about the LoRaWAN and how you can use this technology to manage IoT devices such as air quality dectectors, gate\door access and energy monitors etc.

We'll be getting a full list of talks up next week :)

That's the one i'm looking at for the tuesday evening.

Edit: given the price of the rooms now, i think i'll get the last train home at 11.30pm.

I'm looking at hotels to stay on the Wednesday that are more budget friendly... does anyone know if I would be able to walk from the Ibis hotel on crown point road? Or is that a stupid idea for any other reason?

I've never been that far north so have no idea about the area, but don't want to have to walk miles to get over the river if there's no pedestrian bridge, for example.
