Hello,

I am unable to login to the iOS app. I have attached a screenshot.

This is an existing iPhone, it was working fine previously!

Thanks

@ZeroHour did let me know last night that there were lot's of bits that needed fettling when sorting out the HTTPS.

I'll make sure he takes a look as soon as he can. He put in a lot of hours last night, so he might not be around for a couple of hours yet.

Great news!

The second good news is that I am now back in on iOS!

Whole website down for me currently (apart from via mobile)

What browser are you on? Is it still broken? Do you get an error?

I hotfixed a workaround earlier for the app after pulling an all nighter (bed at 7am) and being awoken by the messages but its not fully fixed yet.

Both Edge/Chrome at work - Just remoted onto site and it still thinks it's broken. Tried refreshing caches etc, but even doing Incognito etc it's showing same

Just tested it at home on browsers and seems to be loading now, so only can think it's something to do with the Amazon SSL as to whether that's supported by our sites firewalls/filtering etc, will have a further play tomorrow and see if I can get any more info, but it's not the normal "unrecognised SSL" errors just 404s it

Ahh thats to do with SSL and ELB. Can you check your browser with https://browserleaks.com/tls

EDIT: I think I have found the problem involving HTTP/2 (or well HTTP/1.1 really)

Seems to have worked!

Having a quick look yeah it’s seems machines with 1.3, 1.2 and 1.1 still enabled were the ones not happy (ones just with 1.3 and 1.2 were the ones working at home)

Thanks for sorting that
