SCCM Waiting to Install

When ever i create a new collection in SCCM and assign the Task Sequence and programs/applications they dont install. Any programs and applications sit on "Waiting to Install" or "Waiting to Download". i have looked at another Collection created by someone else and check it with mine they are the same yet mine fails the other one installs.

If i delete everything apart from Task Sequence and then add programs individually they install. Spent all day trying to figure this out and getting just fed up with it not working. any advice or suggestions are welcome.
