johnpd Posted June 27, 2023 Posted June 27, 2023 We have Sophos XG with typical filtering grep formula to allow %a-z etc for office.com, or outlook.office.com / outlook.office365.com but since April/May time a number of clients/users on our wired lan get a HTTP2 frame error and OWA won't load. There are no filtering blocks appearing in the Sophos XG logs either. Has anyone had issues with this error recently and if so have you solved it? Sites all running latest firmware. Thanks John
ultima170387 Posted June 27, 2023 Posted June 27, 2023 We are having the same issue and also have a Sophos XG. Not got to the bottom of it.
sluggster66 Posted June 27, 2023 Posted June 27, 2023 Do you use any monitoring software? Maybe Senso? 1
RobFuller Posted June 27, 2023 Posted June 27, 2023 (edited) We are seeing this error on Smoothwall but also have Senso! Been working with Smoothwall on it but very intermittent and normally on cloud filter devices. Not effecting staff machine which don't have Senso installed which is interesting. Been working with Smoothwall on it but very intermittent and normally on cloud filter devices. Not effecting staff machine which don't have Senso installed which is interesting. This was a SENSO issue for us. We added the following to our SSL bypass list in our senso logging policy. |intunecdnpeasd.azureedge.net|microsoft.com|windows.net|office.com|office365.com|onedrive.com|sharepoint.com| You will see we also have some Intune addressee's in as well, as it broke Intune devices calling in. Hope that helps Simon 4
robintech Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 Not sure related but I had an issue with Google Quic where it wouldn't show up in the firewall logs , but would have thought Microsoft have upgraded all their servers http://www.edugeek.net/forums/cloud-services/226361-owa-outlook-web-access-very-very-slow-load-intermittent-but-happens-often.html 1
ckedu-local Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 Ever since portal.office.com redirect to microsoft365.com I've been having this issue too Seems to resolve it self after you manually browse to add /mail/ onto end of the outlook URL (https://outlook.office.com/mail/) Interesting to see if the senso fix above also resolves this.. 1
johnpd Posted June 28, 2023 Author Posted June 28, 2023 Thank you Simon Looks like everyone is mentioning SENSO and your url's will help. Interestingly we have co-management with SCCM and Intune and I noticed check ins on some of the device info panes were not working! John

RobFuller Posted June 28, 2023 Posted June 28, 2023 So far so good with whitelisting the above URLS in Senso.
johnpd Posted June 28, 2023 Author Posted June 28, 2023 Do I include the leading | and ensure each url is separated by | ?
