Biostore, anyone got a fgood contact?

I need to speak with someone at Biostore that has a good knowledge on the till system and future plans but driving me nuts trying to find someone. Hoping someone can share a contact or atleast introduce me. Got 55 school systems using Biostore and need to find a solution to a issue.
