Hopefully someone can help as I am going around in circles.

I have a load of iPads and PaperCut Mobility Print. On the iPads when sending print jobs from the iPads to the Follow Me queue in PaperCut and select A3 paper size it always prints in A4. It's as if PaperCut is not reading the paper size selection from the iPad.

Has anyone else got this issue or got any ideas on how to work around this?

Cheers

Hi,

I recently setup mobility print for the iPads, I had a similar issue to yours and I ended up setting up a new print queue using a universal print driver which fixed it for me.

Hopefully that helps.

Thanks, I created a new virtual queue with the PaperCut Global Driver and that has solved the issue of the printers picking up the correct paper size when set on the iPad.

Have you noticed the issue though of not always getting the paper size option until you have sent an initial job to the print queue?

No worries, we are using a fleet of Kyocera copiers also but I can’t say I have noticed anything like that but we are only printing in A4. I am on site at that school tomorrow so I will check.

It could be down to the Universal Papercut Driver, I think Kyocera do their own Universal print drivers on their site might be worth giving one of those a try.
