[sims] Lookups 'Category' - where are they?

I know how to create new lookup type for eg Absence Type (Tools>Lookups>Maintain then search for the area you want to edit eg absence). In the Lookup Type Details I can then add a New item in the Values box. When I go to add New (or edit one of the existing values), I must choose a Category it will belong to from a dropdown.

 

I cannot find those dropdowns in sims. So where are they? see pic for example.

Ah sorry, I wasn't on "Absence" type.

 

The categories are statutory categories as part of the CBDS (Common Basic Data Set) used for transfer of information between educational establishments.

Excellent thanks for that. It confirms we (here) have not added 'compassionate' to the OTH category. And also that I can't edit them.
